Quality Assurance Inspector 📏

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily first article, in process, and final inspections of manufactured product utilizing calipers, gages, CMM and other measuring equipment
- Maintain documentation of first article inspections and inspection history of completed jobs
- Assist in creating inspection procedures
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials.
- Read and interpret complex design and fabrication plans/blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain inspection documentation and customer records/requirements
- PPAPs, FMEA, FAIs etc
- Maintains cleanliness of inspection room
- Maintain a positive image for the company
- Perform miscellaneous Quality duties as required
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in QA
- Extensive experience in machining/metal fabrication environment
- Excellent Computer skills, good working knowledge of CAD a plus
- Familiarity with ISO standards preferred
- PC-DMIS Software experience a plus
- Strong Blueprint reading skills including GD&T
- Ability to multitask, be self motivated and communicate effectively within all levels of a shop environment.
- Lift over 50 lbs
Press Brake Operator

Accurately and efficiently performs Forming jobs by understanding the part drawing, or job instructions, forming the parts and performing inspections. independently executes all setups and has a complete understanding of the machine control and can perform basic programming. . - Meets or exceeds job time standards as much as possible
- Troubleshoots problems with the machine control and part programs
- Attention to detail
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Have the ability to multitask and help other team members
- Loading and unloading material onto the machines, verify materials meet required specifications and make equipment adjustments as necessary.
- Completely and accurately fill out job paperwork and inspection reports.

Building Maintenance Technician, Mechanic
Fedtech Incorporated is seeking a direct hire Maintenance Technician in the Mounds View area. The Maintenance Technician will repair and maintain machinery, mechanical equipment, and facilities. In addition to production support, this position supports manufacturing engineering and includes a limited amount of tooling and new machine assembly. Lifting of 50+ lbs and pre-employment drug screen required. Required:
- High School Diploma. Vocational/technical degree in a manufacturing discipline preferred.
- Experience is helpful in a manufacturing/maintenance technician environment.
- Working knowledge of maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Products
- Mechanically inclined
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance projects. Ensure equipment PM’s are tracked and completed per schedule.
- Set up, maintain and repair equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Plan and implement facilities improvement projects and coordinates internal resources with outside vendors when appropriate.
- Effectively maintain and troubleshoot new and existing plant equipment while working with pneumatic, hydraulics, PLC’s, and other electrical components.
- Perform plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work as needed.
- Specify repair parts and replace as needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Document, as required, procedures and instructions, in compliance with TS requirements.
- Use maintenance support systems plan, track, and evaluate work.
