Silicone Rubber Gaskets
The parts seen here were water-only (non-abrasive) waterjet cut from 1/4" thick white silicone wadhesive rubber. There are all types of gaskets to be made for this project, however we were able to nest them into the same material and complete the parts all at once.
Parts shown above include just a few of the following: discharge tube flange face gasket, discharge chute to barrel gasket, discharge chute flange gasket, feed end tube flange gasket, feed cover gasket, trough end flange gasket, and a discharge auger drive mount gasket. All of which however, were cut in this project.
