Custom Fabrication
The fabricated and assembled parts seen here were custom cut with careful precision at Fedtech. A lot of different machining methods went into these parts on our production floor. The custom cut parts were first waterjet cut, then formed, stamped, milled, heat treated, finished and assembled to become the finished parts that you see here. The materials used for these parts were .375” thick 6061 aluminum, along with .125” thick 6061 aluminum, .0625” rubber, 4340 (carbon steel) and A588 cor-ten.
