A lot of changes have been taking place at Fedtech and we are happy to say so! Some of our latest news is about our new quality specialist, Tony Chulla.
“I look forward to bringing the skills and knowledge I have developed over the years, both on the shop floor and in the sales office, to aid in continuing Fedtech's commitment to quality.” Chulla explains with  a smile. He enjoyed three and a half years in the sales department of Fedtech, but is excited for what quality has in store for him.
Because of our ISO 9001:2000 certification that we have proudly upheld, it’s important for us to have a designated staff member in charge of our quality. Fedtech welcomes Tony Chulla to this position, we are honored to have him!
In May of 2006, a formal documented quality system was successfully implemented. Fedtech Inc. signed on with Orion Registrar and we had our registration audits in the last week of June 2007.
We are happy to say that we passed our ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Audit without any minor or major findings! Ever since, we have been working to maintain a high standard of quality for our customers in partnership with Orion Registrar.

It is the policy and overall business objective of Fedtech, Inc. to provide products and services of the highest quality and in compliance with the clients specified requirements.
It is also the objective of Fedtech, Inc. to enhance its reputation and capabilities in order to gain wider recognition in it's field of expertise. We strive to provide the best customer service we can, while providing the best products at the same time.

The Quality Management System is described in the Quality Assurance Manual. To further the Quality aims of Fedtech, Inc. We have ensured that all employees understand and adhere to the requirements of this Policy and the contents of the Quality Manual. Fedtech Inc. will constantly monitor its Quality performance and will implement improvements where appropriate.

ISO 9001 is simply then, a formal standard for quality. Being ISO 9001:2000 compliant means that we consistently meet the guidelines to produce high quality products for our customers. This quality system is regularly audited and evaluated for conformance and efficiency to ensure proper action is being taken in our production processes. Many customers rest assured in the certification because it gives them a sense of security that their parts will be completed to the quality standards.
ISO 9001:2000 is the most current standard of compliance, it was revised in the year 2000 when the organization let go of the prior versions; ISO 9002 and ISO 9003, as these are now outdated and do not contain the most recent ISO requirements.
With all of that being said, you can be confident in the fact that Fedtech is an ISO 9001:2000 certifed job shop. We are proud to produce quality parts and provide dedicated service to our customers.
