The perf plate (shortened from perforated plate) shown here are all samples of the many different designs Fedtech is able to produce. To produce these shapes, laser cutting is often the most common form of processing but if the designs are a bit larger in diameter, abrasive waterjet cutting could also be used.

Perf plates are often custom and uniquely produced patterns from metals such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum or plastic. These are most commonly produced for sifting and also used for specified air flow.
