The parts shown here were part of a custom project manufactured at Fedtech. Here we used abrasive waterjet cutting to process the copper parts for the end customer. Waterjet was ultimately the method chosen because copper is reflective and not a good fit for laser cutting.

Custom Copper Parts The custom copper project was waterjet cut from .093" thick HH Alloy 110 copper with tolerances at ±.0015". The finished parts dimensions were 1.77" long x 0.46" wide. These finished parts would be used as base plates for the end consumer's product.
