Fedtech offers the full gamut of fabricating services from forming and cutting, to welding and finishing; and provides the convenience of one source parts purchasing. Fedtech's extensive materials inventory and large facility of 50,000 square feet gives us unparallel waterjet and laser cutting capacity.
If we do not have the material you need to cut, we will source it countrywide. While the competition may be unable to provide all the required materials, we at Fedtech know where to get it and how to run your job efficiently and inexpensively. No job is too big and no job too small at Fedtech, whether you need one part cut, or thousands. Our computer system is customized to our industry to keep the production floor working around the clock and to keep our processes running smoothly. We specialize in Just In Time (JIT) Parts Services, and take quality seriously. Fedtech is in fact ISO 9001:2000 certified, and we pride ourselves in quality standards.
We realize that fixturing and set up are critical to producing a job quickly. Fedtech is currently running two shifts each day, five days a week, which allows for fast production times. The same expertise that allows Fedtech to offer minimal setup times, fixturing and changeovers are reflected in our design capability: one part at a time or a hundred. Fedtech starts with drawings provided in virtually any method: DXF, IGES or AutoCad files, drawings, specimens, faxes, and e-mail. We also provide 24 hour priority quoting, E-mail RFQ submittal and E-mail proposal submittal, as well as single day turnaround on parts ordered. 
Fedtech provides the expertise required to consult with customers on the importance of any given tolerance, finding ways to save production time and money.
