Waterjet Cut Urethane Parts
When it comes to waterjet cutting, it's sometimes hard to decide between using abrasive waterjet cutting and non-abrasive waterjet cutting.
In the case of this project, Fedtech used non-abrasive waterjet cutting to process 1/4" thick Urethane to keep the material clean and free of abrasive.
Other materials that we've processed like this, have included Delrin, Acetal, Acrylic, Teflon, polyethylene, and more. Visit our Materials page for a full list of materials we are able to process.
We can process these materials and more up to 12" thick with waterjet cutting. If you'd like to see the photos that showcase these waterjet cut projects, visit our photo album or our media gallery also to listen to podcasts, see videos of waterjet cutting or laser cutting, and more.
