This custom manufactured project was a different sort of request for Fedtech. We were asked to complete these custom parts that would be used in the cosmetic industry and in the manufacturing of cosmetic products.

Custom Cosmetic Bushings The parts were machined from Nylon material, which came to Fedtech in 3" squares. The requirements were such that the custom bushings would hold a lotion tube during the filling of the ltion bottle. As you can see in the photo, the bottom of the bushing is designed to hold the 5 oz. lotion bottle still during this process.

These custom bushings were a perfect job for our secondary operations department, where we can machine, deburr, finish, form, drill, tap and more.
